    Got a pregunta (question) about your stay at Hotel Hacienda? Don't worry, we've got some answers for you right here.
    • What time is check-in and Check-out?

      Check-in is guaranteed from 2:00pm. If you arrive early we’re more than happy to store your bags whilst you grab a drink or some food at Hacienda Eats or head off for the day. We’ll have to say ‘adios’ at 11:00am on the day of departure.
    • Looking for a restaurant?

      Look no further than Taco’s Muchachos, your very own taste of Mexico right at your fingertips (and doorstep). From mouth-watering tacos to chilled margaritas, you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to delicious food and drinks. Taco’s Muchachos is open from 5pm every Thursday – Saturday, bookings can be made by clicking on ‘cantina’ above and walk-ins are always welcome.
      Barista coffee is available all day every day at reception and grab and go breakfast can be made available with advance notice.
    • Is there parking onsite?

      Parking is available at $30 per vehicle per night. Please contact us directly to secure a car park as spaces are limited.
    • Getting to and from Hotel Hacienda

      We are situated in close proximity to Central and Redfern Station. Alternatively taxi and Uber services are recommended if you want to go on an aventuras around Sydney.
    • Does the hotel accept cash for room payment?

      We’re a cashless hotel and accept a variety of cards for payment.
